Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wetmore has a 20-year career in the Financial Services Industry. In 1998 he founded Bergen Capital Inc., Inc where he was a partner and Chief Financial Officer. He oversaw the accounting and regulatory reporting at his firm for 8 years before selling it to BB&T Bank. He continued to work for BB&T for an additional nine years as a complex manager, overseeing 3 retail and trading branches. Mr. Wetmore has had several CFO positions and regional sales regional supervisor positions overseeing 90+ FAs and RIA reps across the U.S.
Mr. Wetmore is a NYS CPA, and holds securities licenses 4, 7, 63, 9 /10, 24 and 27 licenses.
Mr. Wetmore holds a BBA in Accounting from CUNY – Baruch College in NYC and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree from Auburn University.
CEO - Chief Executive Officer
40 years experience in the Low Voltage Industry working throughout Southeast US. Warner has been in the Cabling Industry since 1982, starting off in the Outside Plant Construction. In 1987 he began installing commercial cabling projects for Key Systems and PBX phone Systems and then became a PBX Service /Installation technician. Warner spent many years as a Project Manager, Engineer, Operations Manager, and Director of several Regional and National Communication Companies throughout the Southeast US. He has served as the CEO of Netcom D27 for 3 years.
COO - Chief Operations Officer
29 years experience in the Low Voltage Industry working throughout Florida. Randy is a lifetime resident of Florida. He started working in 1994 doing cabling projects throughout the state consisting of Hospitals, Schools, Government Facilities, as well as many local businesses. Randy has an extensive background in running large projects throughout Florida. Randy has spent a vast amount of his time in The Villages, Florida as an Operations Supervisor providing low voltage cabling for most of the commercial buildings. He has spent the last 5 years as an Operations Officer, 3 of those years at Netcom D27.
